Summary

The Vice President of Marketing at Solution Tree is responsible for providing comprehensive marketing support to achieve company goals, leading the enterprise marketing strategy, and overseeing the development and execution of a full spectrum of marketing activities. The role requires a creative, energetic marketing expert with high business acumen, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, communications skills, presentation skills, strategic forecasting, decision making, analytical skills, diplomacy, team player attitude, attention to detail, self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to work effectively across all functions within the organization. The position is a full-time, remote role with some travel expected.

Requirements

• A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or related discipline, with an MBA preferred
• 10+ years experience in a senior-level managerial marketing role, with a demonstrated track record in a similar or relevant industry

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive marketing support resulting in meeting company goals and objectives for revenue and profit
• Lead and drive the company’s enterprise marketing strategy
• Develop and implement a corporate strategic marketing plan which addresses all products, content, partners, distribution channels and customer touch-points
