Requirements

  • Proven Experience in Prosumer Software Customer Acquisition: Over 7 years of leadership roles within the prosumer SaaS industry, with a minimum of 2 years served as a Vice President in Marketing
  • Product-Led Growth Experience: Proven ability to implement and optimize product-led growth strategies to drive scalable growth
  • Deep Experience with Enterprise Marketing: Over 4 years of B2B enterprise marketing, supporting sales teams selling software to large corporations
  • Sales-Led Marketing Expertise: Proficient in securing customers for prosumer software across diverse channels, with a focus on acquiring small and mid-market teams at scale
  • Proactive Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in assessing team strengths and making necessary adjustments for optimal performance
  • Mastery of Marketing Attribution: Sophisticated understanding of marketing attribution models and methodologies, encompassing both B2B and B2C perspectives
  • Expertise in Marketing Analytics: Adept at leveraging marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making to inform strategies and drive results

Responsibilities

  • Own our entire marketing funnel, ensuring efficient acquisition, high retention and sustained growth
  • Balance effort for Prosumer vs. Enterprise by assessing and determining the optimal allocation of resources and effort between the two segments to maximize growth and market penetration
  • Craft and iterate on our positioning, and messaging ensuring that it resonates with thought leaders, buyers and end-users at every touchpoint
  • Develop and scale a high-performing marketing team by investing and supporting them with the resources and infrastructure to scale
  • Strategically price and position our products in the market to maximize value
  • Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive adoption and retention
  • Utilize refined marketing attribution methods to measure and monitor campaign effectiveness
  • Manage marketing budget effectively to optimize ROI and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Brainstorm and execute new experiments that directly drive revenue and customer adoption
  • Manage competing priorities by collaborating with and rallying cross-functional stakeholders in order to drive momentum towards shared goals, together
