Requirements
- Proven Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated success in developing and executing winning product strategies and roadmaps with measurable impact over a significant time horizon
- Cross-Functional Acumen: Deep understanding of how multi-functional teams collaborate to achieve market success
- Track Record of Delivery: Successfully scaled product management teams, processes, and platforms, launching high-quality products that meet customer needs and deliver on schedule
- Software Expertise: Extensive experience in delivering and managing software platforms in high-growth environments
- P&L Ownership: Strong P&L management experience, with the ability to translate financial metrics into actionable operational plans

Responsibilities
- Act as a General Manager, owning the product management lifecycle from vision to end-of-life, driving cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
- Define and evangelize the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap across time horizons, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Build a robust fact base of market, customer, and competitor insights through research, customer discovery, and relationships with key stakeholders, championing the voice of the customer
- Drive global strategic product goals and initiatives, including AI-powered solutions that address critical customer challenges and accelerate business growth
- Ensure synchronization of customer discovery across teams, identifying macro-trends and commonalities in customer needs
- Build and lead a world-class product management organization by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Set operating priorities and allocate resources across platform initiatives and development projects (e.g., enhancements, product support)
- Partner with Engineering leadership to transform, harden, and scale product development processes
- Own platform monetization strategy, including business models, pricing, and business case development
- Champion the innovation agenda, identifying and developing new solutions to drive company growth
- Collaborate with executive leadership on buy/build/partner decisions
- Lead recurring business reviews with executive and cross-functional teams, providing clear, data-driven updates on platform progress and priorities
- Provide executive-level support for strategic sales and partnership opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- 15+ years of professional experience, including leadership roles within high-growth SaaS or technology environments
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated ability to drive product strategy and execution across diverse teams and initiatives
- 5+ years in senior product leadership roles, such as VP or Senior Director, overseeing large-scale product portfolios and cross-functional teams
- Strong track record of P&L ownership, driving growth through innovative product strategies and operational excellence
- Extensive experience collaborating with go-to-market teams to align product vision with sales and customer success strategies
- Domain expertise in loan origination, financial technology, or a closely related field is strongly preferred
