Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership Enterprise sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities of a universe of ~5,000 SOM (Service Obtainable Market) and innovative sales channels to expand market reach
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product development and marketing initiatives
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive individual and team success
  • Establish sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs to monitor progress, track performance, and drive accountability
  • Implement sales enablement programs, tools, and processes to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and drive customer-centric solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions, such as banks and credit unions
