Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of six, providing regular feedback, coaching, and direction
  • Build and manage annual bookings budgets and commission models, partnering with executive leadership
  • Collaborate with the STM team to shape and execute territory strategies
  • Work with the BDR Manager to increase lead volume and support pipeline growth
  • Partner with the SC Manager to ensure the sales team has the technical support needed to close deals
  • Oversee and run sales team meetings, including weekly leadership check-ins, monthly team-wide updates, and quarterly offsite planning sessions
  • Direct the Sales Administrator on reporting, forecasting, commissions, and executive updates
  • Partner weekly with Club Division Marketing to align on campaigns, outreach, and brand visibility
  • Represent Sales in Market Council meetings
  • Travel approximately 20% to support team and customer engagement
  • Manage overall sales budget, including events, travel, and related expenses

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in health and wellness or enterprise software sales is a plus
