Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably at the VP or senior director level within the SaaS/Healthcare IT industry
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong ability to inspire, lead, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and sales enablement technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Raintree's business objectives
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, driving revenue growth across products and services
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine the sales approach
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Establish performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Travel to customer onsite meetings and presentations and represent Raintree at industry events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador
  • Partner with Rev Ops to deliver accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Implement best practices for sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Partnerships and Operations to align sales strategies with broader business goals
  • Provide market and customer feedback to guide product innovation and positioning
