Summary
The job is for a VIP Account Manager Team Lead at Flipster, a position requiring 2+ years of experience in account management or sales roles within financial/trading institutions. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for multiple VIP clients, expanding relationships, identifying growth opportunities, assisting clients with platform navigation, analyzing user behavior, handling and coaching the VIP Manager team, managing escalations, preparing SOPs and training materials, administrative record keeping, and other projects as assigned. The ideal candidate is passionate about crypto, has strong communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and can work under pressure in a 24/7 trading environment. Native proficiency in Korean and business proficiency in English are required.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales roles within financial/trading institutions
- Product knowledge from working in exchange, broker, or trading firms
- Experience in a front-facing customer service environment
- Strong client management skills, including maintaining strong relationships, organizing client profiles, and incentivizing client activities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible in a variety of situations
- Experience in management of remote teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
- Native proficiency in Korean, both verbal and written
- Business proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple VIP clients
- Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and an understanding of their needs
- Identify growth opportunities for clients and acquire resources to help realize these opportunities
- Assist clients in navigating Flipsterβs product offerings, VIP structure, and key updates and changes on the platform. Provide support for client VIP upgrades and other product configurations
- Analyze user behavior, track status, uncover hidden needs, and write key customer analysis reports for major clients
- Handle, coach the VIP Manager team and set best practice for VIP retention
- Manage escalation and follow up of VIP enquiries with internal stakeholders
- Preparation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures
- Preparation and maintenance of Training Materials
- Administrative record keeping and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Passionate about crypto, with industry experience highly preferred
