Requirements

  • Prior experience in an orthodontic office is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with orthodontic insurance processes
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficient in email platforms such as Gmail, Google Suite
  • Familiarity with Mango VOIP phone systems or similar software
  • APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED: OrthroTrac or similar

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing patients, providing emotional connection and exceptional customer service
  • Convert new patients to start treatment with our team at Breeze Orthodontics- Explain treatment options, financial policies, and insurance details to patients
  • Verify orthodontic insurance eligibility
  • Process insurance claims and handle related inquiries
  • Manage patient appointments and follow-up schedules
  • Communicate with patients to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
  • Respond to emails and manage the inbox
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient records
  • Organize and manage office documentation, ensuring compliance with orthodontic industry standards
  • Provide support to patients via phone or email
  • Answer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and insurance
