Summary

The job is for an Office Administrator who will handle office communication, manage correspondence, act as a liaison between departments, draft and edit documents, develop social media marketing strategies, provide technical support, and assist in the implementation of new technologies. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field, proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in social media marketing techniques and platforms, strong technical background, high organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively are required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media marketing techniques and platforms
  • Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot office equipment and software

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate clear and effective communication within the office
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless information flow
  • Draft and edit various documents, including reports, memos, and presentations
  • Ensure all written communication maintains professional standards and reflects the company's tone and values
  • Provide support for proofreading and editing documents as needed
  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and appropriately
  • Provide technical support for office equipment and software applications
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT support when necessary
