Join our client's team as a Part-time Virtual Assistant, supporting founders in building scalable startups. This fully remote role (11 AM - 5 PM EST) involves administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication. You will provide administrative support, manage influencer programs and social media, handle order and inventory management, and support calendar and email management. Success hinges on accurate data management, streamlined operations, an engaged social media presence, efficient founder support, and effective communication. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, experience in an administrative role, and familiarity with relevant tools and platforms.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in an administrative role, preferably supporting teams or startups
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Meta and TikTok
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Competence with G Suite for email and calendar management
  • Comfortable working with numbers and managing reports
  • Proactive and adept at learning new tools and systems quickly
  • Communicative, organized, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Flexible and adaptable, thriving in dynamic startup environments

Responsibilities

  • Provide general admin and data entry support to generalists, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Log influencer posts in the system and conduct follow-ups with Influencers to ensure deliverables are met
  • Assist with posting content on social media platforms (Meta, TikTok) and tracking engagement
  • Manage Amazon orders and perform data entry in the Shopify backend according to the SOPs provided, while maintaining and updating inventory data and reports
  • Manage the Founder’s email and calendar using G Suite, ensuring smooth scheduling and timely responses
  • Support operational tasks, including data organization and process improvement, to enhance team efficiency
  • Quickly learn and navigate various tools and platforms used by the team

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Amazon order management and Shopify backend processes (training will be provided for SOPs) would be highly advantageous
