Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to the executive team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare materials for presentations and reports
  • Handle legal and insurance-related administrative tasks with accuracy
  • Assist in the preparation, filing, and coordination of legal documents and claims
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and organize company files, both digital and physical
  • Assist in the creation and proofreading of official documents
  • Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines and helping organize tasks
  • Assist in planning and organizing company meetings, events, and conferences
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and ensure all necessary materials are available
