Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining volunteers to develop a sustainable volunteer program
  • Create and implement HR policies and procedures that can be scaled as the organization grows
  • Ensure all volunteers receive appropriate training and support to contribute effectively
  • Build partnerships with organizations and colleges to expand client's network
  • Introduce client's company to potential collaborators by sharing program details and exploring ways to partner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote ongoing collaboration
  • Conduct cold calls to introduce client's company programs to potential clients and partners
  • Provide detailed information on ways to get involved and the organizationโ€™s mission
  • Administer surveys related to the mother wound to gather insights and support program development

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in recruiting, volunteer management, or HR policy development is a plus
