Requirements

Familiarity with the EMR Software, as well as the eCQMs for that software is mandatory for this role

Responsibilities

  • Create project charters
  • Negotiate mutually acceptable project objectives
  • Create project schedules
  • Coordinate internal and third-party resources as necessary to deliver the project on time
  • Identify project risks and mitigating them
  • Identify and manage implementation issues lists to resolution (including escalations)
  • Assist in executing the project according to the project plan
  • Develop and maintain forms and records to document project activities
  • Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
  • Assist with equipment set up when necessary
  • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of project management or coordination experience
  • Assertive with a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships & influence behavior
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Proficiency with electronic project plans
  • Experience with merchant card systems/software
