Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience selling into financial services institutions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, exceed sales targets, and expand market share within the enterprise segment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with key stakeholders
  • A hands-on, results-oriented approach, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and delivering exceptional customer value

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy complete with action plans to exceed targets
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, providing hands-on guidance, support, and coaching to maximize individual and collective performance
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the enterprise segment, leveraging industry knowledge, market insights, and strategic partnerships
  • Working closely with the Client Success, product and marketing team to further develop demand generation and sales strategies
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization, implementing best practices, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and course correction as needed
  • Articulating and packaging information at an Executive level internally and to prospective customers
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and foster strategic partnerships
