Requirements

  • Proven track record of P&L ownership and oversight, with demonstrated success in driving growth and profitability
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology and its impact on payer relationships
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the national payer channel
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the channel's reach and profitability
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align channel strategies with overall company goals
  • Oversee all aspects of the national payer channel, including relationship management, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to payer partners
  • Manage and optimize the channel's operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assume full P&L ownership and oversight for the national payer channel
  • Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to support channel growth and success
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Executive leadership
  • Act as the primary point of contact for payer partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings
