Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing and scaling partnerships with consulting firms and health plans
- Extensive experience in leading channel sales initiatives, including the development and execution of successful go-to-market strategies
- Strong understanding of the digital health landscape, with the ability to navigate the complexities of the industry and drive transformational growth
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at the executive level
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales and partnership targets, with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall strategy and execution for alliances and channel sales, ensuring alignment with Sword Healthโs growth objectives
- Grow and develop the Alliances/Partnerships channel team, identifying and hiring world-class talent and helping them to succeed
- Own and cultivate relationships with consulting firms, health plans, and other strategic partners, including overseeing key accounts like Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon, and others
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with partners, focusing on expanding Sword Healthโs presence in the digital health market
- Collaborate with internal sales leadership to drive sales opportunities through partnerships, including coordinating sales enablement activities and joint marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key executives and leaders within partner organizations to ensure long-term, successful collaborations
- Oversee the tracking and analysis of partner performance, conducting regular reviews and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level escalations, negotiating contracts, and representing Sword Health at industry and partner events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven healthcare solutions, particularly in the digital health space
- A background in global alliances or channel sales, with a focus on managing partnerships across multiple regions
