VP, Life Sciences

Summary

Join Iterative Health as the Vice President of Life Sciences and lead client-facing activities for our clinical trial optimization (CTO) offering, focusing on biopharma, biotech, and CROs. You will drive the CTO pipeline, engage partners, collaborate internally and externally, and participate in leadership meetings. This role requires a deep network of biopharma/biotech contacts, experience in MSL, medical affairs, or clinical operations, and a sales-minded approach. You will also contribute to Iterative Health’s trials roadmap and operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and an aptitude for cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

• Deep network of biopharma / biotech contacts and relationships across clinical research, development and operations
• Experience in an MSL, medical affairs or clinical operations role at a biopharma/biotech or CRO
• Sales-minded individual with experience carrying multi-million dollar books of business
• Experience and interest in people management
• Aptitude for collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth
• Strong written/verbal and external communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline of CTO development, including pitching and positioning capabilities, pricing, negotiations, etc
• Engage existing partners to ensure the success of current projects, as well as develop new growth areas
• Partner with internal staff and external leaders to provide direction, answer questions, and resolve issues related to trials strategy
• Participate in CTO leadership meetings and translate strategic objectives into operational execution
• Capture market and customer insights to inform Iterative Health’s trials roadmap and operations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience across gastroenterology and/or hepatology
