  • Leverage market research and competitive analysis to refine decision-making
  • Ensure cross-departmental alignment and a cohesive go-to-market approach
  • Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability
  • Measure ROI and refine strategies for continuous improvement
  • Execute an annual marketing plan with precise tactics, timelines, and budgets
  • Shape conference strategies and amplify industry presence
  • Manage advertising, media buying, and digital campaigns for optimal reach
  • Oversee website maintenance and thought leadership content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers)
  • Enhance brand identity, pursue industry awards, and lead product launches
  • Drive lead generation with impactful campaigns
  • Direct public relations and social media to boost reputation and engagement
  • Manage pharma-facing media relations and crisis communications with expertise
  • Provide team training for media and presentations
  • Develop C-suite messaging for internal, external, and Board communications
  • Support acquisition integration and future positioning strategies
