Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with enterprise goals to drive growth and market leadership
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for maximum impact
- Leverage market research and competitive analysis to refine decision-making
- Ensure cross-departmental alignment and a cohesive go-to-market approach
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability
- Measure ROI and refine strategies for continuous improvement
- Execute an annual marketing plan with precise tactics, timelines, and budgets
- Shape conference strategies and amplify industry presence
- Manage advertising, media buying, and digital campaigns for optimal reach
- Oversee website maintenance and thought leadership content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers)
- Enhance brand identity, pursue industry awards, and lead product launches
- Drive lead generation with impactful campaigns
- Direct public relations and social media to boost reputation and engagement
- Manage pharma-facing media relations and crisis communications with expertise
- Provide team training for media and presentations
- Develop C-suite messaging for internal, external, and Board communications
- Support acquisition integration and future positioning strategies
