Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading demand generation efforts with 8+ years leading high performing teams
  • A strong track record of driving and scaling pipeline generation in B2B environments, preferably for SaaS, usage-based, or similar models
  • Significant experience developing B2B paid media strategies, optimizing spend and driving top-of-funnel volume
  • Successful experience developing and executing account-based marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive communications that drive engagement and action rooted in company messaging
  • A metrics-driven mindset with a passion for data, testing, and optimization
  • Love for collaborative environments and ability to chart paths forward in ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Drive our demand generation strategy using e-mail marketing, field marketing, events/trade shows, and paid media as well as outbound sales and RFP to maximize visibility, lead generation, and overall efficiency
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional leadership including the Revenue team, Communications team, Legal, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment, consistent messaging, and optimized support for external-facing activities and conversion efforts
  • Work with revenue operations and marketing operations to ensure the utmost data hygiene, track and report on marketing effectiveness, glean insights from experiments, and continuously improve campaigns
  • Publish frequent updates, insights and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
