Summary
Join Teramind as the Vice President of Marketing and lead the marketing team, focusing on lead generation. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage a team of marketing professionals, and collaborate with sales. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with a proven track record of lead generation and people management. A strong creative vision, data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills are essential. Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with proven lead generation results
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- Track record of building and managing high-performing marketing teams
- Strong creative vision and ability to translate that vision into actionable marketing initiatives
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and AI to optimize marketing performance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire team members toward a common goal
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital marketing channels
- Intermediate+ level of HubSpot experience
- Willingness to align working hours with US time zones
- Have an advanced/bilingual English level
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies primarily focused on lead generation and conversion
- Relentless pursuit of creative, outside of the box, βguerillaβ campaigns, with a track record of success using these techniques
- Ability to pivot quickly, experiment, and stay ahead of marketing trends
- Establish clear KPIs and metrics to track lead generation performance across all channels: paid, organic, social, events, etc
- Oversee the creation of compelling content and campaigns that capture attention and drive qualified leads
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and optimize the lead-to-customer journey
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity and results-oriented execution
Preferred Qualifications
- History of implementing innovative lead generation strategies that yielded measurable results
- Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical decision-making
- Proven success in motivating teams to exceed targets and continuous improvement
- Experience within a startup or just post-startup environment
- Taking companies from $50 million to $200 million ARR
