Join Fingerprint, a rapidly growing, 100% remote fraud detection company, as our VP of Marketing! This role requires 10+ years of marketing experience, including 3-5 years in a VP or senior leadership role at a Series A-C startup. You'll need a strong generalist background, excellent strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills. The compensation range starts at $200k+.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a VP or senior leadership role, preferably including experience at a successful Series A-C startup
  • Proven success in leading and scaling a high-performing marketing team
  • Strong generalist background with expertise across multiple marketing functions
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Operations, and Product teams
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and performance tracking
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals
  • Lead and manage a strong team across demand generation, brand design, product marketing, developer marketing, and events
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to optimize go-to-market strategies and pipeline growth
  • Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and impact
  • Monitor marketing performance, analytics, and ROI to refine strategies
  • Drive innovation and new initiatives in customer acquisition and engagement
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments
