Summary

The VP of Revenue Operations will lead the development and execution of a strategy for creating and scaling the Revenue Operations function within the organization. They will define KPIs related to revenue generation, develop sales enablement programs, design and implement customer success strategies, evaluate and select relevant technology solutions, and work with the executive leadership team to create and manage processes within the sales and customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in revenue growth, or related field, in a B2B SaaS or Fintech industry
  • Experience with a data-driven sales process including reporting & optimizing end-to-end GTM funnel
  • Ability to clearly & concisely communicate analytical insights driven at improving outcomes
  • Demonstrated use of Salesforce for planning and reporting skills and integrating marketing tools; experience administering or configuring these tools a plus
  • Data analysis and visualization, SQL proficiency a plus
  • Salesforce administration
  • Incentive and commission planning
  • Revenue forecasting and cashflow analysis
  • Strong finance and accounting knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy for creating and scaling the Revenue Operations function within the organization
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to revenue generation, providing regular reports and analysis to drive informed decision-making
  • Lead a team responsible for maximizing revenue growth through the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of strategies, programs, systems, and initiatives
  • Develop sales enablement programs, training, and resources to empower the sales team for success
  • Design and implement customer success strategies, including onboarding, support, and retention programs, to enhance customer satisfaction and increase recurring revenue
  • Evaluate, select, and implement relevant technology solutions, including CRM and marketing automation tools, to support data analysis and operational efficiency
  • Work with the executive leadership team to create and manage processes within the sales and customer lifecycle to hit company revenue goals, KPIs, tracking and dashboards
  • Proactively provide analysis of overall health of Tapcheck’s GTM strategies, including optimizations for stronger outcomes and action plans to continually monitor and improve performance
