Summary

Second Front Systems is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead and expand their sales organization, drive revenue growth, and scale the deployment of their Game Warden platform. The role involves developing a comprehensive sales strategy, building a high-performing sales team, identifying new market opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting the deployment and scale of the Game Warden platform.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations within B2B enterprise environments, with a track record of growing revenue, expanding market presence, and building high-performing sales teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Proven experience as a Vice President of Sales or in a similar senior sales leadership role, preferably within the defense, technology, or SaaS sectors

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Second Front Systems' growth objectives
  • Lead the sales team in executing this strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, focusing on expanding the deployment of the Game Warden platform within the defense and national security sectors
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the Senior Product and Engineering Leaders to support the dynamic and wide-ranging operations involved in deploying and scaling the Game Warden platform. Ensure alignment between sales initiatives and product capabilities
  • Drive consistent revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, effective pipeline management, and by identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive approach to market entry and product delivery
  • Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and analysis in Salesforce. Provide insights to the executive team to guide decision-making and strategic planning
