- Proven track record of leading successful sales organizations in the defense technology sector, with a robust national security network
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale go-to-market teams in high-growth environments
- History of consistently exceeding revenue targets and growth objectives
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Growth
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives and core values
- Successfully capitalize on your robust network within the industry and demonstrated success selling to the Department of Defense
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales organization focused on the defense technology sector
- Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams to refine value propositions and GTM positioning
- Create and implement repeatable sales processes that drive predictable revenue growth
- Oversee pipeline management and deliver accurate, data driven forecasting of projected growth
- Drive Team Excellence
- Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent in the defense technology sector
- Provide mentorship and leadership while maintaining a player-coach approach
- Establish clear performance metrics and accountability frameworks
- Foster a culture of high achievement and continuous improvement
