Requirements

• Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and performance management
• A strong background in the financial services or regulated space is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale data-driven initiatives and performance optimization projects
• Expertise in using advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to derive actionable insights and drive business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data science strategy to drive performance optimization across multiple campaign types, channels, and product lines
• Lead the team in creating bold, data-driven insights and models that inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing spend
• Oversee the assessment, testing, and deployment of new data assets and analytical tools
• Guide the data science team in developing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within client organizations
• Lead the development of data-driven performance and models tailored by product and market
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science initiatives into broader business processes and objectives
• Lead the team in implementing advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and machine learning, to support various business functions and enhance client performance
• Direct the preparation of performance reports and data visualizations that communicate key insights and recommendations to senior leadership and clients
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics
