Summary
Join ServiceNow as a Renewals leader to manage and refine the renewals strategy, process, and policies. Maximize revenue growth by taking accountability for renewal sales targets. Partner with sales leadership to align go-to-market approaches and establish strategies to meet complex stakeholder needs. Create performance metric summaries and collaborate with operations to track progress toward goals. Navigate challenges strategically, considering technical and human elements, and develop scalable strategies. Partner with various teams (Marketing, Enablement, Professional Services, Alliances/Channels) to promote growth and expansion. Lead and nurture relationships across the organization, and lead renewal-focused initiatives. Collaborate with the Global Renewals Leader to create global programs for continued success.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Renewals, Sales or Customer Success leadership β preferably in a SaaS environment
- The ability to partner with multiple layers of the organization
- Financial skills with a sales mindset
- Experience scaling teams
- The ability to plan on the fly, delivering on both the customer and organizational needs
- Experience engaging with C-suite leaders
- Track record working towards desired outcomes and willingness to help the team succeed
- Experience creating employee-focused programs to foster team health and engagement
- Growth mindset β willing to learn and grow while staying "Hungry and Humble"
- An understanding of enterprise software selling processes
Responsibilities
- Manage Renewals leaders to refine our renewals strategy, process, policies, and engagement with the Sales teams
- Manage the renewal process to maximize revenue growth for ServiceNow. Take accountability for renewal sales targets for the region
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure agreement in our go-to-market approach for sales/renewals programs
- Establish renewal strategies to meet complex multi-stakeholders needs
- Create and deliver summaries of performance metrics that help the sales organization focus on renewals execution, customer success and account planning for the renewal
- Partner with the operations team to ensure that measurement and reporting mechanisms are created to track completion toward our goals
- Navigate the unknown in a very structured fashion, considering both technical and human elements to plan accordingly
- Set a strategy that considers scalability, execution, and an understanding of current challenges within the broader context
- Partner with Marketing and Enablement to ensure correct positioning of Renewals
- Partner with our Professional Services and Alliances/Channels team to promote growth and expansion through our partners
- Lead and nurture relationships at all levels of the organization both locally and globally
- Lead renewal-focused initiatives working with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance
- Partner with the Global Renewals Leader to create broader global programs to ensure continued success of the renewals program and the team at large
