Summary

Join AudioEye as VP, Strategic Partnerships to drive significant revenue growth through impactful partnerships. Lead the partner account management team, expand existing relationships, and identify new opportunities exceeding $100K in annual recurring revenue. Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth in the partner business segment, overseeing business referral programs and refining partnership business models. Mentor a team of partner account managers, providing coaching and strategic direction. Assist with merger and acquisition (M&A) negotiations and due diligence. This role requires a strong background in business development and partnerships, with a proven track record of closing complex deals and experience in the SaaS industry.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience across business development and partnerships ecosystem, including at least 4 years in leadership roles
  • Demonstrable record of closing complex new business and partnership deals worth over $100k in annual revenue
  • Extensive experience in the SaaS industry with deep understanding of subscription and partner-driven revenue models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - demonstrated ability to plan and align stakeholders in a written manner

Responsibilities

  • Create and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing partners
  • Identify, negotiate, and close deal sizes exceeding $100K in annual recurring revenue
  • Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth in the partner business segment
  • Develop and oversee business referral programs
  • Create and refine partnership business models, revenue sharing agreements, and contract structures
  • Lead and mentor a team of partner account management staff – providing coaching, strategic direction, and career development opportunities for your team
  • Assistance with M&A negotiations and diligence
