Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to discuss and implement current and innovative technologies, with continuous learning and application
• A true partner to creative and business teams, generating and conceptualizing new ideas and bringing transformative ideas to reality
• Track record of building and maintaining relationships with CMOs, CIOs, senior executive and manager roles, and technical stakeholders
• Over 10 years of experience leading diverse and talented teams, transforming them into high-performing units
• Recognized for providing thought leadership in technology, evolving practices, and influencing industry standards

Responsibilities

• Guide technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs
• Stay updated on new and innovative technologies, offering valuable strategies through established and emerging solutions, including AI
• Simplify complex problems and solutions for various roles and disciplines within internal teams and clients
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the development lifecycle, presenting delivery proposals and serving as an effective escalation point
• Identify new opportunities, propose innovative ideas and solutions, and understand financial implications to contribute to strategic planning
• Support resource management and delivery efficiency, ensuring high-quality and timely project execution
• Provide thought leadership within the organization and the industry by sharing insights on technology trends, best practices, and innovative solutions. Publish articles, participate in speaking engagements, and represent Huge at industry conferences and events

Preferred Qualifications

Significant experience implementing projects at scale with our platform partners across DXP and Commerce (Adobe, Salesforce, Optimizely, Sitecore, Contentful) is ideal
