Join League as the Vice President of User Engagement and lead the development and execution of user engagement strategies. Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in user engagement, with a track record of engagement success as well as building and scaling high-performing teams
- Exceptional creativity and a willingness to experiment with innovative strategies to drive user engagement and health outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams and with external clients
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where quick decision-making and execution are critical
- Comfortable leading both high-level strategy and day-to-day operations while maintaining a learner mentality and willingness to adapt based on insights and feedback
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging clients and internal stakeholders alike
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of user engagement analysts and health informatics specialists. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to increase user engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention while driving positive health outcomes
- Partner closely with leaders in product, design, and health solutions to ensure alignment on user engagement goals and integrate user-centric insights into product and service offerings
- Act as a thought leader and change agent within League, influencing key stakeholders across the organization and in client-facing environments to ensure the user engagement vision is prioritized and executed effectively
- Lead efforts to introduce innovative user engagement methodologies, including leveraging new technologies and analytics. Push the boundaries of traditional approaches, and encourage the team to experiment and iterate quickly
- Lead and participate in client-facing conversations, effectively presenting user engagement strategies and outcomes while ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations in partnership with Leagueβs Customer Strategy team
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for user engagement and health outcomes. Regularly track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics to continuously refine and improve strategies
- Ensure access management is performed in compliance with the employee's role and responsibilities
- Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures within the department/ team
- Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations
- Compliance with Information Security Policies
