Wander Concierge

Summary

Join Wander, a fast-growing startup, as a full-time remote Travel Concierge based in the Philippines! You'll support guests at luxury vacation rentals, working closely with a supportive team. The schedule is 5 days a week, with options for either a morning or night shift. The initial two weeks involve training during a different time slot. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, fluency in English, and reliable technology. We value kindness, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

• Be fluent in English, both verbally and written
• Have the ability to work holidays and weekends
• Have a smooth-running laptop that can handle multiple tabs and software at the same time
• Have strong internet access at home
• Have a decent phone
• Possess strong organizational and leadership skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

Responsibilities

• Answering common questions with scripts
• Solving possibly complex requests from guests with creativity
• Using software such as ClickUp, Breezeway, and our internal software
• Doing tasks assigned to you by your manager
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams on various aspects of setting up a newly onboarded property
