Property Manager

Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced home manager to oversee our short-term vacation rental portfolio, ensuring property value and guest satisfaction while managing daily operations. The role requires primary residence in South America, Central America, or Southeast Asia, at least 8 years of experience in property management, relevant certifications, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in property management software, problem-solving skills, quick decision-making skills, and an optional bonus for US home management experience. The position is a full-time contractor role paying $20k annually.

Requirements

• Current primary residence in South America, Central America, or Southeast Asia
• At least 8 years of previous experience in property management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in property management software
• Excellent problem-solving skills; have the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Quick decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests related to the home
• Coordinate with the concierge team on resolutions
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
• Schedule preventative maintenance across houses
• Schedule routine inspections and address any issues promptly
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Prepare and manage property budgets
• Handle financial reporting and maintain accurate records

Has experience managing homes in the US
