Summary

Join Solplanet as their Web and Digital Journey Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the company’s digital presence and customer journey. You will manage and maintain the corporate website, lead the creation of a new homepage, and ensure all digital touchpoints align with the customer journey strategy. Responsibilities include creating high-performing landing pages, acting as the key user for the CRM system, and training team members. You will track performance metrics, drive conversion optimization, and ensure a seamless digital experience. This position has a global scope and reports to the Solplanet Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-8 years of experience in website management and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of professional experience in website management, digital marketing, with a strong focus on web, UX/UI or related roles
  • In-depth knowledge of common CMSs and digital platforms
  • Proven experience in building and managing homepages and digital touchpoints
  • Proficiency in the use of CRM systems such as HubSpot (or similar platforms) for lead management, campaign execution, and performance reporting
  • Track record of driving conversion rate optimization and improving performance metrics
  • Proficiency in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) for tracking and optimizing performance
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to implement them to boost organic traffic
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development for collaboration with developers (coding expertise is not mandatory but a bonus)
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global or regional environment
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (mother tongue level)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management, maintenance, and continuous optimization of the corporate website and its local country versions
  • Lead the creation and implementation of a new homepage in alignment with company objectives and brand guidelines
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive website strategy to ensure a high-quality, user-friendly experience and conversion
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of website
  • Enhance website usability by ensuring intuitive navigation and design
  • Collaborate with designers to create seamless UX/UI experiences that align with customer needs and business goals
  • Manage and optimize key touchpoints along the digital customer journey to create a cohesive and engaging experience
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and design across all digital touchpoints, optimizing CTAs for conversion
  • Act as the CRM key user, ensuring the system meets business needs and supports the digital marketing strategy
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the content and performance marketing team to coordinate digital campaigns, by creating landing pages aiming conversion
  • Work closely with headquarters to ensure alignment of content with global campaigns and roadmaps
  • Act as the go-to resource for local marketers, providing guidance and support for content marketing initiatives tailored to their specific markets
  • Steering of external agencies and freelancers involved in the successful implementation of the content marketing strategy
  • Track website performance and identify areas for optimization, driving a continuous improvement and learning process
  • Manage arketing Qualified Leads (MQL) within the CRM, ensuring timely follow-up by the responsible sales team
  • Coordinate the alignment and request of monthly and quarterly budgets within the context of the yearly budget framework
  • Organize and manage cross-country learning sessions, sharing best practices and insights across regional teams
