Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in website performance, conversion optimization, or growth marketing
  • Proven track record of improving web conversion and pipeline generation
  • Deep understanding of website analytics, CRO tools, and testing frameworks
  • Results-driven, with a data-informed approach to marketing performance
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with external vendors or agencies
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Own website strategy and performance with a strong focus on user acquisition, conversion rates, and pipeline growth
  • Build and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize CTAs, landing pages, and conversion funnels
  • Define and monitor key web metrics (e.g., bounce rate, form fill rates, session-to-trial conversion)
  • Maintain and continuously improve site structure, performance, and page load speed
  • Partner with design and content teams to bring new pages and campaigns to life
  • Ensure the website experience aligns with our brand and product positioning
  • Analyze web performance trends and user behavior using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Looker
  • Provide actionable insights to the marketing, product, and sales teams
  • Develop and present performance reports on a regular cadence
  • Act as the day-to-day liaison with our external web agency
  • Manage timelines, prioritize incoming requests, and ensure delivery of high-quality work
  • Align agency output with marketing campaign goals and site performance targets

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
