Requirements

• Higher education
• Knowledge in web analytics, digital marketing or similar field
• Experience in using mainstream A/B testing technologies, for example Google Optimizer or others
• Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and develop daily

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage data-driven web-funnel optimization plans
• Partner with content, design, development, and marketing teams when needed to plan and execute tests
• Do qualitative research to understand user behavior on A/B tests
• Transform the findings into actionable suggestions on what to optimize on our websites in order to increase net profitability and AOV
• Document test results, share learnings cross-functionally, and contribute to a testing knowledge base
• Contribute to or lead the testing roadmap by aligning tests with growth opportunities, business goals, and known user friction points
• Launch and monitor A/B tests via our internal A/B Testing tool
