Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Wellbeing Engagement Planning Manager in SΓ£o Paulo! Reporting to the Mid Market Engagement leader, you will be a culture transformation agent, planning and supporting clients and local teams to choose the best communication strategies. This B2B2C role involves executing employee campaigns and developing strategies with the Client Success team and clients. You will support and train local teams, develop strategies to increase market reach, understand HR wellness strategies, build scalable wellbeing solutions, and leverage country demands and opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses 3-7+ years of experience, fluency in English, strong organizational and communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Prior experience in B2B2C campaigns and working with Client Success teams is mandatory.
Requirements
- 3-7+ years of proven work experience in related positions
- Fluent/Advanced English
- Ability to work at a strategic level, but equally as happy getting your hands on
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
- Focus on results and innovative profile, having an scalable solutions mindset
- Strong relationship and communication skills, also the ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit, get excited about finding smarter ways to do things
- Have a burning desire to be part of a winning team where you can truly make a difference
- Prior experience in executing B2B2C campaigns
- Working closely with Client Success teams
Responsibilities
- Support and train local CS teams on building client engagement and wellbeing communication plan
- Develop strategies to increase the reachable market through HR communication channels according to client profile
- Understands and map HRs Wellness strategies considering different sizes, sectors and audiences to build a wellbeing program for our clients, in an individual and scalable manner
- Build scalable solutions to implement wellbeing on clients and engage employees on a wellbeing journey
- In partnership with the global and regional teams, understand country demands and opportunities to leverage the execution
