Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in wholesale and freight forwarding within the LATAM region
- Deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, particularly in the context of wholesale and international shipping
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required)
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales-related tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the LATAM region, focusing on wholesale and freight forwarding customers
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for LATAM wholesale and freight forwarding clients
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication
- Regularly follow up on customer orders, inquiries, and requests
