Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in wholesale and freight forwarding within the LATAM region
  • Deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, particularly in the context of wholesale and international shipping
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required)
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales-related tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the LATAM region, focusing on wholesale and freight forwarding customers
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for LATAM wholesale and freight forwarding clients
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication
  • Regularly follow up on customer orders, inquiries, and requests
