Join Ivanti as their Workforce, Operations and Special Projects Director and lead critical initiatives driving agility and efficiency across the Talent Organization. Reporting to the Head of Global Talent, you will manage recruitment operations, deliver strategic workforce plans, oversee special projects, and collaborate with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses extensive expertise in workforce planning and talent operations, including MI production and managing complex projects. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, HR, and cross-functional teams, optimizing processes and delivering impactful workforce solutions. The position offers the flexibility to be based from any global Ivanti office location.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in recruitment operations, workforce planning, and talent delivery within a dynamic, fast-paced organisational environment
  • Strong exposure to managing projects such as contractor conversions, recruitment compliance and audit internal mobility, and process optimisation
  • Working towards or in possession of a CIPD Level 5 or commensurate recognised qualification
  • Ability to implement strategic sourcing initiatives and expose to leading agile teams in a complex, multi location organisation
  • Expert knowledge of recruitment metrics, audit processes, and workforce analytics from both the customer and team perspective
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partner effectively with HR and cross-functional teams
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic workforce plans with a focus on agility and business alignment
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Recruitment Operations team, ensuring recruitment processes, systems and delivery teams operate seamlessly in alignment with Ivanti’s transformation initiatives
  • Foster a high-performance culture across the team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Lead and Manage the Agile Talent Team
  • Drive strategic talent initiatives, fostering collaboration and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality sourcing solutions
  • Oversee team workflows, implement best practices, and align sourcing strategies with organisational goals
  • Oversee Special Projects Outside of BAU
  • Take ownership of non-business-as-usual projects, including contractor conversions, vendor onboarding, audits, and compliance initiatives
  • Ensure delivery timelines and project outcomes are aligned with organisational priorities and communicated effectively to all stakeholders
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Workforce Plans
  • Build comprehensive, data-driven workforce plans to forecast future workforce needs and present actionable solutions to senior leadership
  • Guide evidence-based decision-making that supports business transformation and long-term talent goals
  • Deliver Marketing and Talent Insights Reports
  • Generate meaningful recruitment marketing insights and talent data reports that influence leadership’s hiring strategies and competitiveness in the market
  • Provide key metrics and service review packs around diversity, talent effectiveness, and sourcing performance
  • Champion the Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Embed Ivanti’s EVP into recruitment processes globally, partnering with the Employer Branding team to attract high-quality talent and boost employee engagement
  • Ensure alignment with market trends and candidate expectations in critical regions
  • Optimise Recruitment Operations and Processes
  • Refine workflows, simplify tools and implement streamlined vendor management solutions to improve recruitment operational efficiency
  • Establish standardised steps in workforce planning that enhance transparency and execution across teams
  • Drive Strategic Staffing Cost Forecasting
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance and associated teams to enhance workforce cost forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with budget planning and strategic growth
  • Contribute to accurate financial modelling for talent planning
  • Collaborate on Closing Skill Gaps
  • Partner with Talent Directors, HR and business teams to identify skill gaps based on organisational needs and recommend reskilling, upskilling, or external hiring solutions
  • Support strategies that enable workforce readiness for future objectives
  • Deliver Workforce Metrics to Talent Directors
  • Ensure timely delivery of key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, diversity statistics, and pipeline performance reports
  • Provide actionable insights to support regional talent decision-making and support agile proactive talent activity
  • Lead Market and Labor Trend Analysis
  • Stay ahead of labour market trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging technologies to inform workforce planning and refine recruitment strategies
  • Incorporate relevant market insights into long-term decision-making processes
