Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably with enterprise software
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Sales tools
- Prior experience in correctly qualifying new opportunities and accurately forecasting
- Ability to travel in excess of 50%
Responsibilities
- Manage the full Sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals for mid-size opportunities
- Maintain and grow revenue from existing and prospect customers by selling and cross-selling our solutions into new departments
- Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in existing and prospect customer organizations
- Work closely with Account Directors within region to develop and execute on sales strategies within territories
- Identify customer and prospect needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecast opportunities and records in the CRM system
- Lead and contribute to RFP responses
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet annual Sales targets
