Summary
Join Aleph, a rapidly growing FinTech company, as an Account Executive and contribute to our expanding GTM motion. You will manage the sales process from start to finish, working closely with various teams to close deals and improve our sales strategy. This role requires proven B2B SaaS sales experience, exceeding quotas in a specific ACV range, and comfort selling to C-suite executives. The position offers an uncapped commission structure and the opportunity to be a player-coach in a scaling startup. We are hiring remotely across the Americas and ideally want someone to start in mid-January.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, or a proven track record of quickly rising through the ranks in their sales career
- Exceeded quota selling deals in the range of $20k - 200k ACV
- Feel comfortable selling to C-suite personas at large organizations
- Have a strong business acumen and understand the dynamics across departments, roles, and geographies
- Be very process driven, organized, and able to keep up with staying on top of workload in a fast paced environment
- Be intellectually curious, interested in business, and like to solve problems
Responsibilities
- Qualify opportunities to make sure we engage with the right prospects
- Understand the prospectβs financial setup to identify how exactly Aleph will benefit them
- Deliver personalized demos of Aleph (in collaboration with a Sales Engineer)
- Collaborate with our Solutions and Data teams to design high impact trials
- Quarterback the entire sales process and involve the right internal resources at the right time to close deals
- Negotiate and close deals with the best possible terms for Aleph
- Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to keep making Aleph better every day
