Join Aleph, an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), as an Account Executive to contribute to our growing GTM motion. You will own the sales funnel end-to-end, working closely with the CEO and Solutions team to refine sales strategies. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional seeking a growth-stage startup environment. You will qualify opportunities, understand prospect financial setups, deliver personalized demos, manage the sales process, negotiate deals, and collaborate with other teams. Aleph offers an uncapped commission structure and attainable quotas. The position is remote-first within the Americas.
Requirements
- Weโre looking for experienced sellers with either 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, or a proven track record of quickly rising through the ranks in their sales career
- Youโve been an AE and exceeded quota selling deals in the range of $20k - 200k ACV
- You feel comfortable selling to C-suite personas at large organizations
- You have a strong business acumen and understand the dynamics across departments, roles, and geographies
- Youโre very process driven, organized, can keep up with staying on top of workload in a fast paced environment
- Youโre intellectually curious, interested in business, and like to solve problems
Responsibilities
- Qualify opportunities to make sure we engage with the right prospects
- Understand the prospectโs financial setup to identify how exactly Aleph will benefit them
- Deliver personalized demos of Aleph (in collaboration with a Sales Engineer)
- Collaborate with our Solutions and Data teams to design high impact trials
- Manage the entire sales process and involve the right internal resources at the right time to close deals
- Negotiate and close deals with the best possible terms for Aleph
- Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to keep making Aleph better every day
