Join Aleph, an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), as a Private Equity focused Account Executive. This role involves managing the sales process end-to-end, from qualifying opportunities to closing deals, within the private equity space. You will work closely with the CEO and Solutions team to refine sales strategies and collaborate with internal teams to improve Aleph. The position offers an uncapped commission structure and a very attainable quota. Aleph is a rapidly growing company with a strong product-market fit and a well-defined sales motion. Requirements
- We’re looking for experienced sellers with either 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, or a proven track record of quickly rising through the ranks in their sales career
- You have experience selling into the PE space directly
- You have a deep understanding of the private equity landscape, and have solid financial acumen yourself
- You’ve been an AE and exceeded quota selling deals in the range of $20k - 200k ACV
- You’re very process driven, organized, can keep up with staying on top of workload in a fast paced environment
- You’re intellectually curious, interested in business, and like to solve problems
Responsibilities
- Qualify opportunities to make sure we engage with the right prospects within the PE space
- Manage a “dual” sales motion of selling to and selling with PE firms
- Manage a combination of quick, transactional deals and larger, more complex deals
- Deliver personalized demos of Aleph (in collaboration with a Sales Engineer)
- Collaborate with our Solutions and Data teams to design high impact trials
- Manage the entire sales process and involve the right internal resources at the right time to close deals
- Negotiate and close deals with the best possible terms for Aleph
- Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to keep making Aleph better every day
