Summary

Join e-Courier, a leading software provider in the final mile delivery industry, as an Account Executive. You will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by closing new and expansion business opportunities. This involves leading product demos, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with the CFO and CEO on sales strategies. You will be instrumental in driving various sales and marketing initiatives, including building outbound campaigns and expanding into new markets. This is a fully remote position offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within early stage SaaS businesses
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quota
  • Experience in SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise sales, including managing deals ranging from $5k to $150k ACV
  • Strong understanding of sales process, software demonstrations, and follow-up cadence
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to excellence, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges and overcome objections during the sales process
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a genuine interest in helping clients solve business challenges through SaaS solutions
  • Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new and upsell business opportunities, demonstrating strong salesmanship and a hunter mentality
  • Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into target industries, segments, and competitive landscapes
  • Own deals from demo to close. Deliver compelling and persuasive product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the company value proposition and key product features with enthusiasm and conviction
  • Drive negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, employing persuasive tactics and a results-driven mindset
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota for generating sales from new business and existing customers
  • Provide proactive support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, including addressing inquiries, overcoming objections, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with the broader sales org and marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies for lead generation and conversion
  • Share customer and prospect insights and feedback across Sales, Product, Customer Success
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools adeptly to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs, adapting sales strategies and tactics accordingly with a relentless focus on driving results
  • Represent e-Courier in the market with incredible integrity and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Salesforce.com (preferred) or comparable CRM
