Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a software sales person
  • Highly personable, professional, and organized
  • Strong communication and personal skills; ability to interact and work well with the team
  • Solutions-oriented self-starter
  • Willingness to travel 25%-50%

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, build and own specific relationships including existing relationships and aspirational contacts
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment that’s full of ambiguity - experience balancing tradeoffs to make complex decisions where there is no β€˜right’ answer
  • Have an intuitive sense of necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation
  • Interest in development of company culture and its reflection in our sales motion

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in senior living is a huge plus
