You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and collaborate with various teams. The position is ideally based near Frankfurt but open to strong remote candidates in Germany.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in closing sales roles, preferably in the SaaS or subscription space
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting expertise
  • Self-motivated and eager to prove their capability in a fast-evolving environment
  • Outgoing and personable, able to uplift team morale
  • Thrives in less structured environments and can independently navigate challenges
  • Proven outbound mentality with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities
  • Demonstrated success in targeting mid-market businesses (up to €50M ARR)
  • Native in German, with the ability to engage with the German market confidently
  • Fluent in English, as is the company standard language spoken

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound efforts to identify and acquire new mid-market clients in the German market
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, with a focus on delivering consistent results
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups
  • Establish strong relationships with decision-makers, positioning Billwerk+ as a trusted partner
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and maximize client value

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology
