Join Boldr as an Account Executive and play a key role in building client relationships and expanding service offerings. Requirements
- Be a top performer in an inside/mid-market sales role with 2+ years experience closing net new logos
- Have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Be naturally curious and have a history of learning new things quickly
- Be highly organized and able to manage several responsibilities at once with little oversight
- Have experience tracking all of your sales activity and reports in a customer relationship management software
- Be an entrepreneur and excited by the prospect of building your business and hitting your quarterly and annual goals
Responsibilities
- Coordinate account management and product development activities by developing and owning the necessary tools and processes
- Represent Boldr to our strategic clients while advocating for these clients in our operations
- Support Boldrโs efforts to streamline communications, document and assist in following up on key action items, and ensure the commitments weโre making internally and externally are being delivered upon
- Set the highest standards in how we support our Clients and drive continuous improvement in how we execute and manage all internal and client communication
- Provide an excellent experience with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion
- Position the value of our service with stakeholders through consultations via email and video calls
- Effectively manage a pipeline of inbound opportunities so that you can consistently drive revenue for the company and strong ROI for our customers
- Become an expert in assessing the use case of the prospect and customizing your presentation based on the prospect's company size, industry, and desired customer experience
- Proactively report on learnings and valuable feedback to the service team so that we can improve the offering and prioritize the right projects
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our always-evolving offerings and an understanding of the nuances of how it can be used so that youโre able to support prospects accordingly
- Hit sales metrics of success as well as providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performance
- Share a strong interest in learning new ideas, processes, and unique requirements within the organization
- Be exceptionally responsive to your clientโs requests, and ability to prioritize competing priorities well
- Demonstrate heart and passion for our customers and the ability to exude client satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Have BPO experience
- Have experience with HubSpot CRM software
- Be an analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details
- Be good at building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders, to be seen as a reliable expert on Client Satisfaction, Sales & our Services
- Be curious and authentic
- Be excited to be using consultative sales strategies in a competitive market
