Summary
Join Boldr, a global B-Corp, as an Account Executive and become a trusted advisor to our prospects. You will guide prospects through the entire sales process, from initial evaluation to onboarding. You will be the primary point of contact until handing off to the Account Management team. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact businesses daily. We seek impact-driven individuals passionate about Boldr's growth and success. You will be responsible for managing a sales pipeline, driving revenue, and providing excellent client experiences.
Requirements
- Be a top performer in an inside/mid-market sales role with 2+ years experience closing net new logos
- Have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Be naturally curious and have a history of learning new things quickly
- Be highly organized and able to manage several responsibilities at once with little oversight
- Have experience tracking all of your sales activity and reports in a customer relationship management software
- Be an entrepreneur and excited by the prospect of building your business and hitting your quarterly and annual goals
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent experience with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion
- Position the value of our service with stakeholders through consultations via email and video calls
- Effectively manage a pipeline of inbound opportunities so that you can consistently drive revenue for the company and strong ROI for our customers
- Become an expert in assessing the use case of the prospect and customizing your presentation based on the prospects company size, industry and desired customer experience
- Proactively report on learnings and valuable feedback to the service team so that we can improve the offering and prioritize the right projects
- Maintain a deep knowledge on our always evolving offerings and understand the nuances of how it can be used so that youβre able to support prospects accordingly
- Hit sales metrics of success as well as providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performance
- Demonstrate a strong interest in learning new ideas, processes, and unique requirements and be willing to share it within the organization
- Be exceptionally responsive to your clientβs requests, and able to prioritize competing priorities well
- Exude client satisfaction
- As the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor, be happy to wear several hats: sales, support, customer success. Over the course of onboarding, you may be supporting in any one of them, mobilizing your team mates for support
Preferred Qualifications
- Have BPO experience
- Have experience with HubSpot CRM software
