Join Bolster as an Account Executive and become a key member of our high-performing team. This influential role reports directly to the CEO and focuses on driving new customer trials, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets within a fast-growing security startup. You will manage the full sales cycle, leverage existing relationships, and prospect for new business. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales experience in the cybersecurity/fraud landscape, excels at communicating with technical audiences, and is adept at using Salesforce. Requirements
- Have experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
- Have experience selling into the Cybersecurity/Fraud landscape
- Have 3 to 5+ years of experience in B2B (SaaS) sales
- Possess a proven hunter background with a track record of success
- Be goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on over-quota performance
- Be a risk taker
- Be adept at communicating with a largely technical audience
- Have strong working knowledge of Salesforce and other Sales Tools
Responsibilities
- Ambitiously drive new customer trials and close near-term revenue
- Manage accounts through the entire sales cycle (Full Life Cycle Sales)
- Leverage existing relationships with IT/Security buyers to introduce Bolster to new accounts
- Prospect for new business, maintain good CRM hygiene with Salesforce, and create effective client campaigns
- Understand competitive positioning and value proposition
- Present the Bolster Platform to CISOs, Directors of IP and Trademarks, and Heads of Trust & Safety
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to meet or exceed sales targets
