Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Are comfortable challenging, confronting, and asking challenging questions
  • Sell consultative-ly - not on price, product features, benefits, bells, or whistles
  • Have experience managing the entire sales cycle including hunting, developing, and closing new business
  • Are comfortable selling to companies ranging from 100 to 10,000 employees

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales process from end to end: convert leads, conduct discovery calls, conduct demos, negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Become a product expert capable of building custom demos for the prospects
  • Navigate multi-level decision making processes and have a strong presence presenting to executives
  • Grasp complex solution sales messaging and convey it to prospects
  • Be a product expert across our platform and understand the competitive landscape
  • Utilize tech stack to enhance, manage, and track deal velocity (ZoomInfo, Gong, Hubspot, etc)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Human Resources (or related) Technologies
  • Owning strategic sales cycles with multiple decision maker personas
  • A degree in business

Benefits

  • Salary : $65,000 - $85,000 base (depends on experience)
  • Target Commission : 80-100% of base salary
  • Equity : .01% - 0.02%
