Requirements

  • Possess robust communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate a deep passion for sales and a drive to exceed goals
  • Have the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Show proven experience in achieving and surpassing sales quotas
  • Possess an intrinsic sense of motivation
  • Have the ability to deal with objections
  • Have ample experience hitting or exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS or related field sales role

Responsibilities

  • Master Botkeeper’s sales techniques and strategies
  • Obtain certification in and utilize company tools and processes
  • Skillfully handle both inbound sales and proactive outbound/ABM efforts
  • Identify and nurture leads and prospects through to successful deal closure
  • Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned
  • Engage prospects with compelling online product demonstrations
  • Employ a consultative approach to understand customer needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Meet quantitative metrics on calls, emails, demos, proposals and other KPIs
  • Forecast your sales performance
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of accounting practices and systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with accounting practices and systems/experience selling to CPAs/Accountants
  • HubSpot CRM/Sales Tools experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related program
