Requirements

  • Enterprise sales experience: Have sales experience with major companies and a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles. Deep knowledge and skills in enterprise sales are required
  • Excellent communication skills: Possess excellent oral and written presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients
  • CRM system experience: Experience using Salesforce.com CRM or other CRM tools to manage sales pipelines is required. This requires the ability to efficiently manage the sales process and achieve results
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new cloud apps and tools: Ability to quickly adapt to and effectively utilize new technologies and tools
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital and application trends: A proactive attitude towards staying informed about the latest digital and application trends, especially in the mobile field
  • Strong desire to achieve numerical goals: Experience in working backward from sales targets and consistently executing the necessary activities without giving up

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business: Approach clients, practice Value Selling, and aim to conclude contracts. Collaborate with the BDR team and consistently manage the process from identifying potential customers to approaching them, negotiating deals, and concluding contracts
  • Develop market strategies: Enhance Braze's brand recognition in the Japanese market, create and manage a list of target companies, and formulate sales strategies. Analyze market trends and plan and implement optimal sales strategies
  • Build relationships and manage clients: Build long-term relationships with clients and build trust by deeply understanding their needs
  • Collaborate across departments: Collaborate with a wide range of departments, such as the marketing team, pre-sales, and customer success, and lead sales activities as "One Team"
  • Report and analyze results: Track the progress of sales activities and analyze results. Regularly prepare reports and propose adjustments and improvements to strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup technology company: Experience in a startup technology company where you have tried and tested various methods and achieved results
  • Territory and account planning: Experience in effective territory and account planning and the ability to strategically manage the target market
  • Value selling approach: Ability to practice a value-selling approach through product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value of the product to clients
